Jo-Anne is best known for her life sized OOAK articulated Dolls. While she continues to create these wonderful characters today, she also creates fabric sculptures of many types and continues to explore the art of fabric manipulation deeply.

About The Artist

I am an artist who works in many mediums - new ones all the time! My favourite medium has always been textiles. I taught myself since childhood to create fabric items and always aspired to take the medium further and further. I Love to move and stretch and hold fabric in place, to create three dimensional and lifelike human figures, turning them into animated puppets, fantasy characters and other amazing works of art. I continue to develop my style as I rarely ever create the same thing in the same way twice. I am filled with more ideas than I will ever have time to manifest...
